The kitchen is a large room, with ample space for cooking and dining. The cooking appliances include; a gas hob with 4 rings, oven/ grill and electric full sized ovens. There are three fridges, one deep freeze, (with an extra large freezer in the garage), dishwasher.
There are ample storage facilities in the cupboards and there is a selection of cooking implements and utensils.
The table copes with 8 with scope for more!

The kitchen has also a small microwave and a small cooks television!
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom on the ground floor is next to the kitchen and enjoys an easterly view.
The twin beds face south.
The bathroom is ensuite with a power shower over the bath.
Sitting Room.
The Sitting Room is cosy. The open fire keeps this room very comfortable.

Ground floor bedroom.
This bedroom is behind the chimney stack for the sittingroom, it is regretably on the small side, but more than ample for children.
The Green bedroom up stairs
This twin bedded room faces South, the light comes from Velux rooflights and a low level window, storage is in a walk in wardrobe.
The bathroom is next door, and the shower room is downstairs.
The Gable bedroom upstairs
This bedroom has superb views to the Pannanich Hill and Headinch Rocks, the beds face West. The room is bright due to the size of the windows to the west and the Velux rooflight to the South.
